Advertising Contract

No
Ad materials will be returned if space billed is
not paid in full. There will be no cash refunds
or credits. All credits will be in future ads. Publisher
will not be responsible for errors of omissions.
There will be a minimum charge of $50.00 assessed
for changes made after FINAL approval of proof.

Rates will remain the same during the terms of this
contract - a week, a month, or a year. All contracts
and rates are binding during your contract period.

TLC Africa reserved the rights to modified or amended
this agreement from time to time without any prior
notice. Our Advertising Rates may also be subject
to change in the future without prior notice. Customers
will be notified on this web site when rate changes
occur.

In the event of nonpayment, all legal fees and collection
costs are the responsibility of the advertiser,
agent, or guarantor placing the advertising. The
printed and written provisions of this contract
contain all the agreements between the contracted
parties. The publisher is not responsible for any
oral representation unless incorporated herein.
All sum due hereunder shall be payable to TLC Africa.
The parties agree that any litigation arising out
of this contract shall be brought in an appropriate
court in Prince Georges County, MD.

Cancellation of space after reservation and/or payment
is not accepted. If the advertiser does not meet
copy deadline (24 hours after payment), the publisher
may insert a previous ad, or if there has been no
previous ad, the publisher may prepare and insert
an ad without prior approval of copy or layout by
the advertiser.

By clicking the "BUY NOW" button, on the
next page, I hereby authorize TLC Africa to initiate
a debit to my credit card in the amount listed herein).
I understand this maybe a one time, weekly, monthly,
or yearly authorization and will be a standing instruction
to debit my credit card to pay for the rest of my
contracted ads with TLC Africa. I also agree that
all principle/owner(s) of my organization are personal
guarantors of this contract.
