Mary Dunn Brisbane
Dust to dust and ashes to ashes, the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh. The Brisbane, Dunn, Griggs and Reeves families of Buchanan and Monrovia announce with profound regrets, the death of their mother, sister, anunt, grandmother, great grandmother, cousin and friend. This sad event occurred on April 1, 2012 at the SOS Clinic in Monrovia.
Mom was borned on October 15, 1928 unto the union of Urias and Cordelia Dunn in Hartford, Grand Bassa County. She was married to Major Charles Francis Brisbane. This union was blessed with nine children. Her parents, husband and 3 of her 9 children Francis, John and Louise Brisbane predeceased her. She migrated to Gbarnga, Bong County in the year 1970 to join her husband. She worked with the Bong County school system in the Food Service Department.
Mary Dunn Brisbane leaves to mourn her loss her children, Teta Hawa Brisbane, Morie Brisbane Wuor (Hector), Augustus Brisbane ( Elizabeth), Edward Papee Brisbane (Amanda) Cordelia Kemah Brisbane and Moima Girl Brisbane. One sibling, Abioseh Cole Anderson. Grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. May her sould and the souls of all the faithful departed through, the mercy of God, rest in perfect peace.
Removal of the Body
The body will be removed from Stryker Funeral Home and taken to the Greater Refuge Temple on Front Street on Friday, April 13, 2012 at 8:30 AM for the funeral Services.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 13, 2012 at 10:00 AM at the Greater Refuge Temple on Front Street.
The burial will follow thereafter at the Chesson Family Cemetary in Brewerville.
