The families of the late Sampson B. Brown of the Republic of Liberia and the United States of America announce with profound regret, the death of our beloved son, husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. This sad event occurred on Monday, June 3rd, 2013 at the SDA Cooper Hospital in Monrovia, Liberia.

Sam, a long time resident of Detroit, Michigan, leaves to mourn his untimely loss and to celebrate his life, his wife, Linda Brown of Liberia; four daughters, Sametta Brown, Samara Brown, Sharrista Brown and Aminatu Brown, all of Michigan, USA; Step-son Alexander Merab of Georgia; Several brothers, sisters, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces and a host of other family and friends in the United States and Liberia.
