This
is to announce the sudden death of Justin M. Carter,
son of Debbie O'Brien-Ampaw and Michael Carter. Justin
was fatally shot on November 23 in Reston, Virginia.
He was 19 years old.
Justin
leaves to mourn his loss his mother, Debbie O'Brien-Ampaw;
his step father, Richard Ampaw; his father, Michael
Carter; grandmother, Malia Gray-Richards; great- grandmother,
Elizabeth Gray; several sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles,
and many relatives and friends.

Funeral
arrangements for the late Justin Carter, will be held
as follows:
Wednesday,
December 7,2005: A candlelight walk and vigil will
commence at 2226 Castle Rock Square (Shadow Wood Condominium),
Reston VA at 6:00pm. Family and friends will walk Justin's
final path to the park where he was shot.
Friday,
December 9, 2005: Viewing of the remains of the
late Justin Carter will be held at St. Ann's Episcopal
Church, from 7:00 pm - 9:00pm (see address and directions
below)
Saturday,
December 10, 2005: Funeral services will begin at
9:00am at St. Ann's Episcopal Church. (see address and
directions below)
