Hon. Austen D. Clarke Snr.


Sunrise: November 29, 1945 and Sunset: July 6, 2018

It is with saddest regret that the Clarke’s, Rick’s, Alpha’s and Taye’s families announce the death of their beloved father, brother; and uncle Hon. Austen Delano Clarke Snr. This sad event occurred on July 06, 2018 at 4:00 am in Bong County, on his Farm. 

Hon. Austen Delano Clarke Snr. died at the age of 72 years. He was an agriculturist and lastly served the Ministry of National Defense from 1997 to 2003 as Deputy Minister for Operations.

He was a dedicated father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Hon. Austen D. Clarke Snr. was always willing to help others and always with a big smile. He was a generous, kindhearted, compassionate, and a committed man of God. He will be missed by so many.

Hon. Austen D. Clarke Snr. Is survived by 17th Children, 13th Grandchildren, 3rd Great-grandchildren and host of others relatives.

His remain is currently at the St. Moses Funeral Home. On August 10, 2018 at 9:00am his body will be removed from the St. Moses Funeral Home and will be taken to the ST Nagbe United Methodist Church in Sinkor and wake keeping will be held at his Sister Mrs. Florence Ricks-Somah residence at Du Port road Community opposite Better Day Inc. after you pass the Du Port Road main Market. And on August 11, 2018 at 8:00am funeral service begins at the ST Nagbe United Methodist Church. Thereafter, his remains will be taken to his home village Bong County where he will be laid to rest alongside his father and mother.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Hon. Austen D. Clarke funeral.
