Amanda
"Bipe" Curtis
The
Curtis and Bracewell families announce the triumphant
home going of Amanda "Bipe" Curtis,
on Tuesday, November 15, 2005, after a brief illness.

the word to the many children that she encountered

I pass along, then my living will not be in vain."

the House of Representatives, Republic of Liberia);
eleven children: Brenda Curtis-Browne, Hon. Dr.
Alfred B. Curtis, Jr. (former Commissioner of
the Department of Youth Services, City of New
York), G. Varney Curtis (President, Staten Island
Liberian Community Association), Ralph Curtis,
Amelia Curtis, Verlene Curtis, Edwin V. Curtis,
