Edmund Constantine Dillon, Jr.
It is with profound sorrow that the Dillon, Paul, Ricks, Fisk, Dennis, Urey, Knuckles, families announce the homegoing of Mr. Edmund Constantine Dillon, Jr., formerly the Assistance City Manager for the City of Clearwater, Florida; Executive State Secretary for the N.A.A.C.P (For the State of Florida) and first Executive Director and Founder of Liberia OIC, Monrovia, Liberia, West Africa. He also was the Founder and President of Connections Liberia. This sad event occurred on Monday, March 18, 2013 at 8:58PM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Hospital in Monrovia, Liberia.
Mr. Dillon was predeceased by his parents, the Honorable Edmund C. Dillon, Sr. and Mrs. Laura A. Ricks - Dillon; his sister, Mrs. Laura A.
Dillon-Williams and brother, Mr. Justin T. Dillon all formerly of White Plains, Liberia.
He leaves to mourn his loss, his wife- Ruthie Paul-Dillon, his three daughters - Gianna Dillon, Leslie Dillon & Etrenda Dillon , son- Rene' Wissink (Netherlands) grandchildren- Aaron McCullough and Alicia Colquitt, Sophie Wissink and Robin Wissink- nephews Victor Carter and Samuel Williams, niece-Christina Williams, great nieces and nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends in the United States, Liberia, Europe and Lebanon.
