It is with grateful hearts for her longevity and for a life well lived that the Elliott, Gadegbeku, Wesley, Davis and Ogunti families announce the home going of our beloved and devoted mother, grandmother, Great-grandmother, Aunt and Cousin, Eliza Nyanforde Elliott. Her reunion with God occurred on Tuesday, February 6, 2019 at the Catholic hospital in Monrovia, Liberia.
“Cousin”, as she was affectionally called, was predeceased by her sisters, Sarah and Esther Elliott; Her children, Caroline Musu, Friday Smith, Hemieh Wesley, Alfred T. Max Davis(Maima) and Samuel Kiazolu. She leaves to celebrate her memories, her sons: Ignatius Gadegbeku and Mack Ogunti Sr (Barbara) and her daughter, Dr. Patience Gadegbeku Williams (Kpadi), 16 Grandchildren, 10 great grand children, numerous foster children including her caretaker Mercy Wahdi Miller, Several nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends in the USA and Liberia.
May her soul rest in perfect peace.
