The Ezike and Newton families are saddened to announce the dearly departing of their beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, in-law, friend and Igwe, Emmanuel C. Ezike I.
Zik, affectionately called by those dear to him, was born in Enugu, Anambra State December 14, 1945 to Mr. Fabian and Mrs. Lucy Ezike. He graduated from St. Pious Secondary School in 1966; furthering his undergraduate education at Cuttington University; Bong County, Liberia from 1966 – 1970 with a degree in Economics after which he served his naturalized country Liberia as the Director of Price Control at the Ministry of Commerce.
He is survived by his wife Rose Newton Ezike; children: Valentine Ike Ezike, Emmanuel C. Ezike II, Chika Lovty Ezike-Parker, Ngozi Sweety Ezike-Fatorma, Joseph Newton, Julian Newton Ezike, Marie Ezike, Elizabeth Kpaloh, Kemah Blackmon, Koliju Newton Jones, Dalier Newton Ateng, William Kennedy and several grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, inlaws, relatives and friends.
