Mrs. Viola Puchu Bernard Fahn

The Fahn, Bernard and the late Gray Johnson families announce with profound regret the home-going of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunty, and cousin, Mrs. Viola Puchu Bernard Fahn. This sad but peaceful transition occurred on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at the Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.

Puchu (as she was affectionately called) is survived by her husband; Mr. David Fahn, her mother; Victoria Johnson-Hooke, children; Yatuma Best, Nathaniel Bartee, Kargawoe Davidetta Fahn; Emmanuel Fahn, Zanwon Fahn, and Brandon Fahn.  Grandchildren: Sincere White, Glahn White, and Nettley White.  Sisters: Williemetta Bernard Zubah-Williamson, Mapu Bernard David, Wilhelmina Bernard, Victoria Bernard, Adelena Johnson Sam-Peal, and Novella Johnson. Brothers: John Bernard Sr., Alexander Bernard, and Randall Barnard; cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Viola was predeceased by her father, Willie J. Bernard; her mother; Comfort Johnson-Bernard; grandmother: Sarah Johnson; her brother: Wilmot Bernard.
