“The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away;” may His name be forever praised!
It is with profound sadness that the Freeman, Peah and Flomo families announce the passing of Flocena Dioly Freeman, Widow of the late Joseph Flomo, Sr. and daughter of the late Thomas Sie Freeman & Emily Keah of Pleebo, Maryland County, Liberia. She departed this life at 7am on the quiet Sunday morning of June 19, at the home of her son, Ishmael T. Peah, Sr. in Brooklyn Park, MN, following a protracted period of illness. She was surrounded by her Children and Grand Children.

She was a Jehovah Witness and practiced her faith both in Liberia and here in the United States with passion until her passing.

Mourning her passing are children: Ishmael T. Peah, Sr. (Charlotte) & Joseph Flomo, Jr.; Grand Children: Dioh Morris Peah, who lovingly cared for his sick grandmother, Ishmael Peah, Jr., Clarence Peah, Emmanuel Flomo, Joshua Flomo & Jeremiah Flomo; Brothers: Lavocious Freeman & Dr. Tabeh Freeman; Sisters: Comfort K.
