Benedict Taekay Giple
The Giple family of Minnesota announces with profound regrets the death of Mr. Benedict Taekay Giple, husband, father, brother, uncle and son. This event occurred at his home in Plymouth, MN on March 5, 2012 at 6:21am following a protracted illness.
"T. Ben" is survived by his wife - Esther Bendu Garmai Koenig-Giple, mother - Teresa Blamo Giple, five children - Lourenzo Bobby, Marben Forgbe, Theophilus Jekwi, Bibiana Applelyn and Claudia Juah Giple, as well as one grand daughter - Yaya.
He is also survived by, three brothers - Jerry, Theodore and Theophilus Wiaplah Ammenue Giple, three sisters - Ophelia Juah Giple, Bibiana Giple Blay and Juliana Giple-Massaquoi. He was predeceased by his sister, Josephine Giple-Wolo and father - Theodore Wleh Giple.
A memorial fund has been established with Wells Fargo Bank for voluntary donations. Account number for the nationwide deposit is 7811703805.
Funeral arrangements are as follow:
Wake-keeping will be held on March 30, 2012 at 6:30pm CST, at the Brookdale Convenant Church, 5139 Brooklyn Boulevard - Brooklyn Center, MN.
Funeral services will be held on March 31, 2012 at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 7025 Halifax Avenue North - Brooklyn Center, MN. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am; Internment will follow at Mound Cementary, 3515 69th Avenue North - Brooklyn Center, MN.
