Mrs. Annette Susannah Harris Johnson

The Harris, Johnson, Smith, Greene, Browne, Addo, McDonald, Mitchell, Dollison, Sidibe, Bartee, and Wleh families announce with deep regrets the home going of their lovely family member, Mrs. Annette Susannah Harris Johnson affectionately known as Girly. She died suddenly on Sunday, August 4, 2013 at a Catholic Church service in Monrovia, Liberia. Mrs. Johnson was born July 20, 1953 to the union of Mr. Samuel B. Harris Sr. and Mrs. Eliza E. Smith Harris in Greenville, Sinoe County, Liberia. They predeceased her. She was a teacher at the: St. Joseph's Catholic School, Greenville, Sinoe County, Liberia; Lady of Fatama Catholic School, Happer, Maryland County, Liberia; and Principal of the St. Philemena Catholic School, Zwedru, Grand Geddeh County, Liberia. Mrs. Johnson was Pass Noble Lady of the Knights of and Ladies of Marshall, Regional Council, Diocese of Cape Palmas. In 1972 she was Miss. Sinoe, and Runner-up Miss. Liberia.

Mrs. Johnson leaves to mourn her death: Children - Emmanuel A. Johnson, Peter K. Harris Sr., Ezekiel A. Harris Sr., and Andrew Harris; Sisters - Mrs. Eliza E. Harris Sidibe, Nora Harris, and Mary Harris; Sisters-in-Law - Mrs. Malia E. Harris, and Mrs. Florine Harris; Aunt - Harriett Smith Dollison; Uncle - Isaac P. Harris; Nephews - Lorenzo A. Harris, Reuben B. Harris, Richelieu B. Harris Jr., Edwin B. Harris Jr. Solomon B. Harris, George Harris, Mitchell Harris, George B. Harris Jr., Jackson Gluto, Mark Sidibe, Jonathan Nagbe, Ezekiel A. Harris Jr., and David Pelhan; Nieces - Mrs. Eliza E. Funeral services for Mrs. Annette S. Harris Johnson will be held Saturday, August 17, 2013 at the Catholic Church, Monrovia, Liberia.
