Ms. Wosiata Yei King

This is to announce the death of Ms. Wosiata Yei King of Tappita, Nimba County. This sad event occurred on February 15, 2014 at the Ganta Methodist Hospital. The wake keeping was held on King’s Farm in Tappita, Nimba County on February 28, 2014 and burial is March 1, 2014 on King’s Farm in Tappita, Nimba County. Ms. Wosiata Yei King was born unto Myiah Selon King and Joseph Y. King (deceased) on August 24, 1964 in Ganta, Nimba County.

Ms. Wosiata Yei King graduated from the University of Liberia and worked as an auditor for the General Auditing Commission (GAC) of Liberia. She left behind a host of brothers and sisters: Isaac King, Augustus King, Esther King, Francis King (Senator), friends, nephews, nieces, sisters, uncles, and host of family members in Liberia. She was the last child of Myiah Selon King and Joseph Y. King (deceased). She also left behind her sisters Ms. Alice Fatuma Siaway, Vera Weh, her niece, Yeapleh Sumo, nephew in-law, Raymond Sumo, nephew (Sehtorwon Dwanyen), and host of family members in the United States of America and Europe.

The family would like to thank everyone who has contributed to the burial of Ms. Wosiata Yei King, especially the administrators, Dr. Francis Kateh, Dr. Terfer Onton, and the staff of the Jackson F. Memorial Hospital in Tappita, Nimba County. Ms. Alice Fatuma Siaway would also like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Brown and his family of Monrovia, Liberia and the GAC.  Ms. Wosiata Yei King will greatly be missed and may her soul rest in perfect peace.
