The Larmena, Horace, Jenkins, Berry, Mason, Addy, Teage, Hill, Wiggins, Worrell, and Sillah families regretfully announce the passing of our dearest mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, teacher, Church elder and community leader, Mrs. Sarah Horace Larmena, commonly called Mor. Mor was also the loving wife of Momo Sr., for 33 years (from 1957 until death separated them in 1990). 

This sad event occurred during the early hours of August 6, 2014 at the Mercy General Hospital, Sacramento, California, USA, with many of her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and love ones at her bedside.

She leaves to mourn her loss her children: Meama (Archie, Mamery, Momo, Tete, Massa, Emma, Margbee, Saturday), Momo (Kwasi, Jusu, Markey), Eliza (Sando, Grace, Crystal, Lorpu, Anthony, Prince, Musu), Thomas (Thomas Jr, Shyee, Sanavia, James), Sangba (Bridgette, Sigma), Lionel (Saah, Yonnie, Mina, Boye), Mammie (Edward, Quincy, Matilda), Professor (Maximus), Samuel (Augustine, Elizabeth, Abraham, Siafa, Ma Lou, Jose, Hilary), Massa (Jon Bernard, Baby Massa), Sarah (Happy, Angeline), Willette Roxy Dean (Numongee, Naweh), Dee Goll (Jesse), Sister Karmah, Sis Melvina Nance (Sonia, Hawah, Sayenia, Zwannah, Davetta), Aquenita, Charles, Stephen and was predeceased by her children: Samuel, Massa, Joseph Foley, and an infant child; great grandchildren: Kaaliyah, Catherine, Anthony, Justin, Jadyn, Kaleb, Raymiere, Tristan, Kemah, Afrikana, Olivia, John, Sarah, Augustine, Jassie, Dior, Kiyomi, Sarai, Naliya, David, Aaliyah-Marie, Ezikeal, Marcus, Justin, Prince, Princess, Joel; daughters-in-law: Sandie, Love, Josephine, Magdalene; son-in-law: Boima; brothers: Thomas Roland, B.G. Vani, Tom, Francis, Willie, Charles, Edward, Reginald, Tommy, and was predeceased by: Jeffrey, Sandy, Joseph, Arthur, Jimmy; sisters: Sadie, Thelma, Lizzie, Mary Carphart, Adama Larmena, Gertrude B. Harris; God-daughter: Theonie Johnson, and was predeceased by: Margaret, Dolly, Judet, Liza, Cora (Wee-girl); nieces and nephews in the USA and Liberia (among them, Mai-Ellen Cooper, James Larmena, Trokon Richards, Molley Larmena, Sonifu Taylor, Emily Dalieh, Reuben Horace, Geoffrey Horace, Joel Horace, Thomas Taylor, Horace Chambers, Tonieh and Sarah Sillah, Sallymatu Butler, Ayee Bah, Sando Karneh, Patience Duoa, etc.); cousins, friends, Church members, and a host of well wishes and sympathizers.

May her soul rest in perfect peace.
