Mrs Maria L. Morgan

The Morgan, McGill, and Milton families announce the home-going of their beloved Maria L. Morgan. This sad event occurred on Wednesday, December 13, 2006 in Accra, Ghana. Mrs. Morgan was born to the union of the late David McGill and the late Arinza McGill on June 11, 1928 in Monrovia, Liberia. Her strong religious faith was the guiding principle throughout her life, and she lived an exemplary Christian life. She loved people and was always willing to share whatever she had with the people around her. Her love and care for others were exemplified by the fact that she fostered many children, in addition to her own, over the years. She was never wanting to see a needy child left hungry or homeless.

Mrs. Morgan, affectionately called 'Aunty M.L.' by her nieces and nephews, leaves to mourn her loss her husband, Counselor Lawrence Morgan; her brother Mr. Edward McGill; her sister Mrs. Gertrude A. Findley; and children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and many relatives and friends.
