The Major, Mike, Greene, Mitchell, and Berry families deeply regret to announce the home-going of Mrs. Esther Mike Major, wife of the late Honorable Taylor Emery Major, former Managing Director, LEC, and former Chairman, Public Utilities Authority. The sad event occurred on Monday, August 27th, 2007 at 3:30 AM in Cheverly , Maryland , USA .

The late Esther Mike Major leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her life, her sisters-in-law, Maud V. Major, of Takoma Park, Maryland and Dorothy J. Mike of Washington, DC; One brother-in-Law, Collins T A Pratt, of Atlanta, GA,; her daughter, Sieta Major-Scott, her many sons, including Thomas (Buddy) Major and The Major Boys; one daughter in law, Esther Gaines-Major, one Son-in-law, Clark Scott; several grand children, nephews, nieces, cousins, a host of other relatives, and dear friends.
