Hon. Lee S. Mason, Sr.

It is with profound grief and sadness that we announce the sudden and untimely death of Hon. Lee S. Mason, Sr., Assistant Minister for Regional and Sectorial Planning at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning.  Hon. Mason departed this earth on Saturday March 7, 2015 at the Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the United States of America, following a brief illness. While we mourn the loss of Lee and will miss him immensely, we will forever cherish the many fond memories we have of him.

The deceased is survived by his loving wife Mai Bollie, his sons Lee S. Mason, Jr. (4yrs) and Garmonee Thomas Joel Mason (2yrs), his mothers Sarah Mason and Hawa Mason, his brothers Joe S. Mason, Jr. (Kate), Benefit Mason, Ujaye Mason, Eddie Harmon, Moore Mason, Momolu Russell and Sando Mason (Helen); his sisters, Mrs. Kartumu Boakai (Vice President Boakai), Mrs. Helen Mason-Payway (Paul), Mrs. Masah Mason-Sobboh (James), Mrs. Kula Scott-Johnson, Mrs. Comfort Mason-Settro (Leslie), Mrs. Ruth Mason-Hallowagar (Dave), Victoria Mason, Doris Mason, uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces and host of other relatives and close friends in Liberia, U.S.A, Europe and other parts of the world.

The casket bearing the remains of Hon. Mason will then arrive at the Roberts International Airport and taken to the Samuel Stryker Funeral Home in Sinker, Monrovia. Liberia.
