A Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, and Friend

The Morgan, Diggs, Boima, & Nylander Families, with great sadness and joy, announce the death of Alford Wymiller Morgan, Sr.  This sad event occurred on Friday, June 20, 2014, after a protracted illness.

His daughter, Bendu and son, Jallah, predeceased him.

Also mourning his loss are Dyeu Allen (Frieda), Debar Allen (Shirley), Mydea Allen-Martin (Abraham), Lucia, Victoria & Mac Morgan, Rev. Decontee Annie Johnson, and Nejae Bernard-Kroma (Bill).

His siblings including Florence Morgan-Williams, Edwin Morgan (Augusta), Augusta Morgan-Yancy, Edlene Morgan-Herring (Emmett), Alfreda Morgan-Davis (Joe), Samuel Morgan (Gloria), Edwin A Morgan, Jr., Roland Morgan (Mariet) & Tarweh Morgan, grand, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends are also experiencing this void.

We rejoice that the Lord chose him to be his next angel; sitting in the bosom of the Almighty, with a perfect body and mind.   Deddeh’s pain is gone away forever.

We are not a family without hope.  We will meet again.

“Do not be worried and upset,” Jesus told them.  “Believe in God and believe also in me.  There are many rooms in my Father’s house, and I am going to prepare a place for you.  I would not tell you this if it were not so.  And after I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to myself, so that you will be where I am.  You know the way that leads to the place where I am going.”  (John 14:1-4) (CEV)
