Mr. James A. Mulbah, Sr.
(AKA Oldpa or Teacher Mulbah)

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the Mulbah family announces the peaceful home going of our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, friend and dedicated educator, James A. Mulbah, Sr. (aka Teacher Mulbah, Oldpa) of Harrisburg, Montserrado County, (also Kpakamai, Lofa County) Liberia, West Africa.  This sad event occurred on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 6:16 PM at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY, USA.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory his wife for over 50 years, Fefe G. Mulbah, his children, John Quay, Dr. Dorothy Jartu Sawo (Glardeya), Kormassah L. Mulbah (Christian), James A. Mulbah, Jr. (Charlene), Moginastin W. Mulbah (Veronica), his brothers, David C. Mulbah (Barbara), Manyango Z. Mulbah (Nyamah); grandchildren, great-grandchildren, foster children, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends of USA and Liberia.

He was predeceased by his brother, George S. Mulbah, his sisters, Saybah Mulbah and Kormassah K. Mulbah-Jallawalla.

Oldpa, you will be sorely missed especially by your wife and children who love you dearly, your brothers, relatives and friends.  May your soul rest in perfect peace and light everlasting shine upon you.
