Paul Elton Mulbah, Sr.

Sunrise: June 24, 1944 Sunset: January 6, 2019

For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. 2nd Timothy 4 verses 6 & 7 (KJV)

The Mulbah, Howard, McGill and Mends-Cole families announce, with profound sadness, the passing of Mr. Paul E Mulbah, Sr. The sad event occurred on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at 1pm at the JFK Medical Center, Monrovia, Liberia.

Paul was a faithful servant of the Lord and an active parishioner of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Monrovia, Liberia. He was an avid sports fan and served for many years as President of Barrolle Football Association. Paul was renounced and distinguished, he served in several capacities in the Liberian government and the private sectors: Director - Liberian National Police, Director General – General Services Agency, Chief of Protocol, Deputy Commissioner - Immigration and Naturalization Services, Assistant Minister for Youths – Ministry of Labor, Youth and Sports, Managing Director – National Housing Authority, General Manager – Mesurrado Industrial Complex, Regional Director – United States Peace Corps, CEO – Sarafina Media Incorporated, CEO- Lone Star Telemarketing Incorporated.

Paul was predeceased by both parents David G. Mulbah, Sr. and Cecelia McGill-Mulbah his son Singbay and siblings David, Josephine and Priscilla. He is survived by his children Ceaneh (Ducamel), Paul Jr. (Johanna), Asatu (Chukwumah), Quincy, nine grandchildren, siblings Roland, Evelyn, Ernest, Borsay and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral arrangements are as follows:
Removal: Friday, February 8, 2019 at 3pm Samuel A. Stryker Funeral Home Sinkor, Monrovia

Wake keeping: Friday, February 8, 2019 from 7pm – 12am, St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Monrovia, Liberia

Funeral Service: Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 9am, St. Peter’s Lutheran Church.

Interment: St. John’s Lutheran Church cemetery, Totota, Bong County.
