77th year of Mrs. Perenetter Phillips-Mills of Gaithersburg, Maryland. This sad
event occurred at 1:35 a.m. on Sunday, January 21, 2007, at the Seventh Day Adventist
Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland. Mother
Dear, Sis. Pearl as she was called by her beloved family is survived by her one
sister Mrs. Annie Eleatain Phillips-Lewis; her children George Findley, Austin
Lloyd, Thelma E. Duncan-Sawyer (Comfort), Josephine Mills-Birch, Precious Mills;
her sons-in-law Dr. Amos C. Sawyer and Dwight Birch; her stepchildren Geoffrey
Mills, Sandra Mills-Bynum, Marian Mills-Douglas and J. Geoffrey Mills, Jr. I'
Dear is also survived by her grandchildren Felecia Sawyer-Akih-gabde, Joy Findley-Rivers,
Dwight Birch, Jr., Mendea A.K. Sawyer, Dewey Birch, Jo-Dwighta Birch, Tanika Birch
