JAMES
GORDON PATTERSON
The
Patterson, Sambolah, Pachal, Lavala and Kortu
families and the College of West Africa Class
of 1973 announce with profound regrets the sudden
death of James Gordon Patterson affectionately
called Jimmy at 56. This sad event occurred
on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 4PM at John F.
Kennedy Medical Hospital in Monrovia, Liberia.
Jimmy
leaves to mourn and cherish his memories, his
beloved wife of 25 years Rachel Gbelee Lavala
Patterson and his daughter, Elsie of Atlanta,
Georgia; sister, Maxine Hazel Pachal (Kenneth)
of Canada; nephew, Nathan Jon Pachal, father-in-law,
Henry Q. Lavala, Sr (Barbara); friend and brother,
William Boakai Kiahon (Cheryl); sisters-in-law/brothers-in-law
and a host of relatives including many uncles,
aunties, cousins and friends in Liberia, Canada
and the United States of America.
Jimmy
was pre-deceased by the following - Mariam Winifred
Sambolah (mother), Momolou Sambolah & Edward
Siafa Sambolah also known as TeddyBear (brothers).
May
Jimmy's soul rest in perfect peace and light
perpetual shine upon him.
