With deep regrets, the Sanyeneh family announces the home going of our beloved mother-in- law, grandmother, great grandmother, and loving church mother Ms. Martha Toe- Sanyeneh affectionately known as “Ma”. This sad event occurred on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 2011 at the home of her granddaughter and grand son-in-law Mr.& Mrs. Albert Teeba of Fort Washington , Maryland .

She is survived by her daughter-in-law Mrs. Victoria Bettie-Sanyeneh. She leaves to mourn her loss (6) grandchildren: Mrs. Jane Tuopeah, Mrs. Idella Teeba, Mrs. Eugenia Sanyeneh-Diggs, Mrs. Joyce Brown, Ms. Mavie Sanyeneh, and Ms. Evelyn Sanyeneh. She is survived by twenty-four (24) great-grandchildren, (14 great-great-grandchildren, a host of many nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and church members she nurtured, inspired and helped raised.

Her beloved son Mr. James David Sanyeneh and grandson Mr. Monroe Riley Sanyeneh predeceased her.

Ma Martha dedicated her life to God at an early age and served God faithfully until He called her home. She demonstrated unconditional love for her family and friends throughout her life. She was never tired for God’s work, never seen with a frown and was always willing to help and heal. To understand what true love is, was to experience her love. We will truly miss her dearly and we are thankful to God for blessing us with such an exceptional and true woman of God. We are humbled and grateful that God blessed us with such a wonderful human being, a true angel. We will forever remain obliged and appreciative to her. Her love lives on in our hearts and we will cherish every moment we had with her. We love you Ma! Rest in Peace and God’s perpetual light shine upon you always!
