Alfred Benedict Stevens

Mai C. Stevens and family regret to announce the passing of Alfred Benedict Stevens who died in Monrovia on February 17, 2012.

Alfred’s father, the late Alfred Benedict Stevens Sr., his uncle Anthony Wellington Stevens and his guardians Cousin Joshua A. and Marinda C. Phillips predeceased him. Alfred leaves to mourn his children Wendell Stevens, Ekkie Stevens, Frank Benedict Stevens and Adrea Stevens; his mother Ma Mary Queah-Stevens; his siblings in USA, Australia and Liberia: Mai C. Stevens, Ernest L. Stevens, Sarah Stevens, Esther D. Stevens, James Stevens, Louise C. Stevens, Joseph C. Stevens, Wellington Stevens, Anthony Stevens, Edna Stevens Kesselly, Wilhelmina Stevens and Wilfred Stevens. Alfred also leaves to mourn his Uncle William F. Stevens, Aunt Edna Banks-Stevens; Cousins: Gloria Stevens-Caine, Alfred W. Stevens, Mai B. Stevens-Bradley, Samuel Tally, Joseph Tally and a host of other relatives including the Stevens, Patrays, Simpsons, Phillips and Queahs, in USA and Liberia. Alfred had many friends and they also mourn his death. May his soul rest in peace.

Funeral service will be held at the Better Living SDA Church on 12 Street, Sinkor on March 8, 2012. Burial and repast will take place in Upper Caldwell.
