In Loving Memory of Nimley Seo Tabue
Nimley Seo Tabue passed away unexpected on March 6, 2018.
Nimley was born on January 9, 1985 in Garleo, Liberia. Nimley lived in Liberia until he was 12 when his family fled during the war and relocated to Chicago, Illinois.
Nimley graduated from ArchBishop Quigley Preparatory Seminary in Chicago, earned his Associates degree from North Hennepin Community College in Minnesota and was pursuing a bachelors of science at Metropolitan State University. Nimley ended his career as a Public Safety Officer at Minneapolis Community and Technical College.
Nimley served in the United States Marine Corps from 2005-2013. He was deployed twice; serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. He also joined the Minnesota Army National Guard in 2013 where he served until his passing.
Nimley met Isadora Collins in 2011 and they were married in 2013. They recently celebrated their 4th anniversary. Isadora and Nimley loved eating out, traveling internationally, and spending time together as best friends.
Nimley was a kind quiet soul and was good to everyone he met. He had a great sense of humor and an infectious smile. He was a true leader and and loved helping others.
Nimley was preceded in death by his mother, Norah; 2 sisters, Teta and Faith; and 2 brothers, Othello and Archie.
His is survived by his wife, Isadora; his beautiful daughter, Faith; his parents, Aloysius and Laura; siblings Jonathon, Alicia, Tye, Yann, Chea, Aloysius, Kayour, Norah, Jasmine, Zlanperseh; and nephew, Archie (Jojo). He also left behind a host of family and friends who love him and will miss him dearly.
