Monday-mah Johnson Toh

The Johnson, Toh, Chea, Zangai, Reffell, Varfley, Russell, Haines, During, Ennis, James, George, Tah, Farhat , Berryhill Families and Farther Robert G Tikpor announce the quiet home going of their dear mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, sister, cousin and friend, Monday-mah Johnson Toh. Her sun rose on August 10, 1929 and she stole away on 6/23/2010.

She was predeceased by her husbands Saydee Chea and James G. Toh and siblings Wrotto Johnson During, Voinhyee Johnson, Eddie Johnson, Henry Johnson and Gargar Johnson. Her son Andrew Monday-gar Toh also predeceased her. Morning her loss are her surviving siblings Mon-velhen Johnson George ( Gbarnga, Liberia) and Rockefeller ( Rocky or Veah-Whey) Johnson ( Monrovia Liberia), her children Amos Russell (Baltimore, Md), Janie Chea Zangai (Joseph Zangai) Antioch California, Edith Toh Varfley ( Monrovia, Liberia), Patrick G. Toh sr ( Mary Kideo) Houston, Texas and Catherine Elizabeth Toh Reffell (Houston, Texas) and Herby Berryhill ( Houston, Texas). Her grandchildren Martin Zangai ( Oakland, California), Madia James ( Remi James) Bowie Maryland, Fatu Haines ( San Francisco California), Anita Toh Merriman ( Tara Merriman ) Burligane, California, Tonomah Toh ( Providence Rhode Island), James Toh ( Marshall, Texas), Andrew Toh ( Dallas, Texas), Janie Toh ( Houston, Texas), Joseph Toh ( Houston, Texas), Patrick Toh Jr (Houston, Taxas ), Emanuel Toh (Atlanta Georgia, Dr. Massala Prince Reffell Jr. ( Ft Worth Texas ), Trocon Gartoh Reffell ( Houston, Texas ) Omar Reffell ( Burlington, Vermont), Watchien Travell (Ivory Coast), Kumba varfley, Jimmy Varfley, Saar Varfley, Siah Varfley, Sunday-Mah Varfley, Tamba Varfley, Abraham Varfley, Agustus Russell, David Toy, Annie Toh and LeGendre Toh, Rose Toh ( all of Monrovia, Liberia), Amanda Russell Morgan (New York) and Dianah Russell Wiles ( Maryland, USA), Her favorite nephews, Father Robert G. Tikpor, J. Adolphus During (Oretha During), Dr Augustus Tah ( Christina Tah) , David Farhat ( Rose Farhat) and last but not the least her nieces/ adopted daughters Bleah Geedehga and Leemah Johnson. She will be be greatly missed by all her family and friends here at home and her adopted homes in the Ivory Coast, California, Texas and Maryland.

Funeral arrangements:

Undertakers-St Moses Funeral Home

Family quiet hour will be held at St Moses Funeral Home on July 22,2010, at the precise hour of 5:00 PM to be followed by family wake at the home of the deceased on the Old Road, Sinkor, Monrovia, Liberia to begin at 7:00 PM.

Removal from St. Moses Funeral Home will be on Friday, July 23, 2010 at 2:00 PM and taken to her Old Road Residence for one hour. Later, at 4: PM, the body will be taken to J.J. Powell United Methodist Church for another night of

wake keeping. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM on Saturday 7/24/2010 at J.J. Powell United Methodist Church on Warren Street Monrovia, Liberia.

Repast will follow immediately (time and place to be announced at the church)
