FRANK EMMANUEL TOLBERT Jr.

The  Tolbert, Tay, Tisdale and Smith Families   are sad to  announce  the passing in his  62nd year of FRANK EMMANUEL TOLBERT Jr.

This sad event occurred at the hour of 11.30 am on Thursday November 5,  2015  at the residence of his brother Dr. Richard V. Tolbert in the City of Monrovia, Liberia.

He was pre-deceased by his brothers Francis and Roland Tolbert and leaves to mourn his brothers  Richard V. Tolbert, Stephen A. Tolbert, Monroe P. Tolbert, Rina Tolbert, Oscar Olu Williams, sisters Antoinette Tolbert Richardson, Florence Tolbert  Wah, Doris Tolbert, Grace Tolbert, Fred A. Raynes, step-mother Idell  Warner Tolbert, and a host of  relatives and friends including Aunty Kula J.Tolbert .

His  body will be removed from the Stryker Funeral Home on Tubman Boulevard in Monrovia on Saturday November 21, 2015 at the precise hour of 8.30am for burial in the Township of Schiefflin, Margibi County where his Mother Clara Kwashiwa  Luzean Tay Tolbert is buried.

Wake-keeping  and  tributes  will commence at 10 a.m at the Hopeful Baptist Church in Schiefflin, followed by funeral services at Hopeful Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend William R. Tolbert iii  at the hour of 11.30 am.
Interment will take place in the Tay Cemetery, Township of Schiefflin at 2 p.m, November 21, 2015.
