The sun has set on our dear husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and great grandfather. Our Heavenly Father has called His faithful servant home for eternal rest. Counselor Shadrach K. Walker Sr. was born to the union of Thomas and Jenneh ‘Dodo’ Walker in the Township of Royesville, Liberia. He later met and married Lucinda D. Glover, who he remained married to for 46 years until his death. The Late Counselor Shadrach K. Walker Sr. served as Counselor-at-Law at the Morgan, Grimes & Harmon Law Firm and as the Director of Transportation at the University of Liberia. Simultaneously, he wore the hat and served faithfully as former Commissioner of the Township of Royesville.

During the civil war, he migrated to the United States with his family in 1994. Here he worked at the Vinson and Elkins Law firm as a Paralegal in Houston, Texas and later worked at the Richmond State School where he retired in 2005. Counselor Walker was a devoted husband, God fearing and caring person and a friendly spirited person who was full of life. He was a kind hearted and generous person who never hesitated to lend a helping hand to those in need.

He left to mourn his loss his wife, Lucinda Glover Walker, one sister Fatu Walker, children; Massa Walker-Brown, Konah Walker, Jefferson Walker, Miatta Walker-Griffith, *Thomas ‘Boy blue’ Walker, Rosemarie Walker-Cheaye, *Shadrach K.
