Cecelia Capehart Washington (aka Ce-ce)

The Washington, Capehart, Brown, Cephas families announced with deep regrets the death of their wife, mother, Grandmother, Aunt, and cousin, Cecelia Capehart (aka Ce-ce). This sad event occurred on Thursday October 26, 2006 at the Rhode Island Hospital.

Cecelia is survived by her husband Sydney Dakena Washington of Virginia, Liberia, her two daughters Lebrun Jue Cephas of Houston, TX, Caroline Musulyn Snorton of Providence, RI, eight grand-children and several great-grandchildren.
A memorial services will be held in Providence, RI and Liberia, West Africa. Per her wishes, she will be laid to rest in Virginia, Liberia at the family gravesite. Ce-ce you will be greatly missed.
