Mrs. Emma Harmon and the Shelton Family announce with deep regrets the home-going of our Beloved Daughter, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Cousin and Friend Olivette Williams, Affectionately called "OSO".

This sad event occurred at the Oakwood nursing home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Thursday September 1, 2011
She leaves to mourn her loss, her mother Emma Harmon, her four Children, Oliver Tweh, Sadee Tweh, Christopher Oberly, Louise Kamara-Harmon, her foster son Isaac Gueh, her Grandchildren and host of other relatives and Friends in the United States and Liberia.
