To Add Your Name To The Directory
From the bottom this Login Screen, login with the
1. User ID: of "guest" and the
2. Password: of "guest"
3. Click on Logon.
4. When the Information Security dialog box appears, click on Continue

The Main Menu Screen will appear with the following options:

Searching TLC Africa Email Directory
You can search the directory by any of the fields listed in the directory simply by typing the Information # # you would like to look up in the corresponding field and then click on View Records.

To look up someone by their Last Name.
1. Click on View, a blank Search The Database form will appear.
2. Go to the Last Name Field and type in the last name of the person you are looking for. (e.g. Victor)
3. Scroll Down to the bottom of the form and click on View Records.
All the records that meet the cateria of the search will be displayed.

To narrow your search, you should search by multiple fields.

To Modify Your Information In The Directory
To Modify Your Information In The Directory, you should add a new record to the directory with the correct information, then send an email message to the Database Administrator with the record number of your outdated entry that needs to be deleted.

It is important that you notify us when you have submitted multiple entries to the directory. We do delete duplicate information from the directory. Your notification will insure that the correct information is not deleted.
