Bio of George Walters-Sleyon

George Walters-Sleyon is a preacher, a song writer and a singer. He's been singing with the Seminary Singers of Boston University School of Theology where he earned his Masters in divinity and Social Ethics degree and is pursuing post graduate work.

George launched his first album in 1998 with the title track "Who Is He" His second CD album "Hold On, You Will Survive" seeks to capture the anguish and agony of war, especially the Liberian civil war in Music.

He sings about the power of God to deliver the oppressed and weary. Hold On You will Survive is geared toward capturing the anguish of war and destruction in music and songs and to raise the consiciousness of the plight of children,women and the less fortunate ones in wars expecially the Liberian Civil War. He seeks to raise funds through concerts and the sales of his album to help support schools and orphanages in Liberia/West Africa.

Pastor George leads worship and conducts workshops and seminars on praise and worship, and multicultural worship.

He is available for singing, preaching, and speaking engagements.
