CHICAGO, IL (January 19, 2009) - At HIGH NOON tomorrow, January 20, 2009, the Presidential Oath of Office will be officially administered to His Excellency Barack Obama as the 44th President of the United States of America & Commander-in-Chief. We the People of the Great United States of America and the other 7 Billion People throughout the World will be witnesses to a fantastic history of the Inauguration of President Barack Obama.

High Noon in America celebrates President Barack Oabama's epic victory on November 4, 2008 and discusses the journey to that momentous and most anticipated occasion of the 21st Century that began on January 1, 1863 when President Abraham Lincoln as Commander-in-Chief issued the Emancipation Proclamation.

In America, all good things are possible. Only in America could President Barack Obama have made his "improbable journey" from a childhood filled with challenges to an adult life on the South Side of Chicago, moving unto the United States Senate then to the Presidency of the Great United States of America.

With this monumental achievement, this book explores "What will you as an American do with this opportunity called "change" that has come to America?" What We the People in partnership with our new President do over the next 4 to 8 years will determine if this moment is the beginning of another 100 years of American prosperity. Some specific strategies discussed in the book include, but are not limited to:

" Creating millions of new jobs in local American Communities with ordinary citizens' participation.
" How to Stop Black on Black Crime in the United States of America.
" How to cut the United States' Prison Population in half by the end of his term(s) in office.
" Providing thirty-(30) years of free college education for all African Americans.

All Americans would agree that the election of President Obama is the beginning of a new opportunity for all Americans to permanently put the past behind us by taking some dramatic actions, continue to love each other, help each other and sacrifice for love of country in order to bequeath a fantastic future to American generations yet unborn.

For Africa and the World community, President Barack Obama has the power to positively change the lives of Billions of poor People in Africa and the World by taking some dramatic actions including:
" Establishing a $200 Billion Dollars African Development Revolving Fund over an 8-year period.
" Helping African countries to develop from within by banning medical treatment to African Government officials and their families.
" Banning African government officials/families from opening bank accounts in USA and other countries.

So let it be written for the ages that at High Noon on January 20, 2009, America and the world will never be the same because "Change has come!"
