A.
Core planning committee (CPC)
Purpose:
Coordinate the planning and exection of activities related to the Reunion

Lodistics ( including facilities and lodging)
Responsibilities: Identify and reserve venues for activities and lodging,
coordinate transportation of people and supplies during the homecoming
weekend.

Programme and Related Activities
Responsibilities: Planning activities and programmes, provide supplies
and agenda for each program or activity

Responsibilities: Publicize reunion and inform the family about the
plans of the CPC make arrangement for and register reunion attendants

Responsibilities: Establish budget, Plan and organize fundraisers and
