Charles Kizito Harris

On August 1, 2019 the cold and cruel hands of death struck the Harris, Boakai and Moore families when the promising and hopeful life of Charles Weayu Kizito Harris 26, was cut short by senseless gun violence in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.

Charles was born on May 9, 1993 to the union of Siweh A, and Luvenia Harris in Monrovia, Liberia.
Charles, aka " Man of God," and "C- Boy" (affectionately known by his friends as CK Blanco) was murdered as he responded to a social media posting advertising the sale of an electronic game console.
When Charles responded to, and went to meet the purported seller, little did he know that the poster was a part of a criminal gang of cold, cruel, murderers, and robbers who were looking to rob unsuspecting citizens.

Charles was gunned down in front of his girlfriend and 2 year-old daughter who accompanied him to the address designated by the seller, to purchase the item. Charles was shot and killed as he tried to get back in his car to leave the scene, apparently after refusing to give up his money.

The murderer has since confessed to Philadelphia police that he is part of a criminal conspiracy to commit robbery, and that he had no game console to sell. He has been charged with 1st Degree murder.

Charles is survived by his daughter, Laila Harris (2 years old), his parents, Siweh Abram Harris II, and Luvenia Moore- Harris; his siblings, Cynthia Harris- Collins, Angela Harris- Nyenuh, Rebecca We-we Harris, Abram P. Harris, Denwor Ethel Harris- Doe, Zoe Harris- Harmon, Siweh Harris III, Mongar Harris, Lucius Harris (deceased), several aunts uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends in the United States and Liberia.
