Robert Ekubolajeh Taylor


The family of Mr Robert Ekubolajeh Taylor sadly announce his untimely transition on Saturday December 14th, 2019 in Freetown, Sierra Leone, after enduring years of life's challenges.

  He was born on Tuesday April 1st., 1952 to Ms Mabel Rhoda Taylor who unfortunately also lost her life laboring to bring her child and son into this world. She died so that he can live.

   He is also predeceased by his elder siblings: Mr Olu Taylor in Freetown, Sierra Leone., Mrs Cecilia Modupeh Wallace and Mr Leslie Norman Abayomi Cole Sr, both in the U.S.A.

   Mr. Taylor is survived by two older siblings: Mr Robert B. Cole of Newark, New Jersey and Mrs. Victoria Dempster(Francis) of Baltimore, Maryland. Both in the U.S.A.

   He is also survived by his step sisters: Juliana Cole, Ursula Cole, Mrs Christina Johnson(Fayemi), Mrs. Clarie Jackie Bennett, Patricia Adadevoh and Mrs. Joan Elvera Cooper., all in the U.S.A.

   He is also survived by his neice: Mrs. Elizabeth Modupeh Williams, residing in Brookfields, Freetown. She has been his primary caregiver throughout most of his years until the trajic end. May our good lord continue to keep, guide and bless her and her beautiful family.

   Mr. Taylor is also survived by a host of other nephews, neices and cousins, including: Blanche Samura in Lungi, George Gibson in Tengbeh Town, nephew-in-law Mr Sylvester Osborne Williams, including other relatives: The Palmer, Deigh, Pessima, Raban, Peacock and Hamilton families. Grand nephews and neices: Bernard Oluwole Williams in Accra, Ghana., Elizabeth Sessie, Juliette Pessima, Bernadette Williams, Lionel Williams and Halima Yansaneh, all in Sierra Leone.

   WAKE and vigil will be held from 7:00pm to 9:00pm, Monday, January 6th, 2020 at 12 White Street, Brookfields, Freetown.

   FUNERAL SERVICE will be at Resurrection Victory Chapel Ministries aka Canaan Land at 18 White Street, Brookfields, Freetown, at 1:00pm on Tuesday, January 7th, 2020.

   INTERMENT: Will be at Kingtom Cemetery, also in Freetown. May your beautiful soul rest in perfect peace.
